Attic/Loft Conversions Frequently asked questions

It is impossible to give an exact answer to the question of how long will the loft conversion take, as this all depends on which specific type of loft conversion you want. However, the building works would normally be finished within 2 -3 weeks for simple loft conversions up to 6 weeks for more complicated extensions.

CC Loft Conversion in London carries a 10 year guarantee for their work.

Loft Conversion is a building process that causes, nolens volens, some disruption to the house. Yet, we pride ourselves on keeping it to minimum as much as possible, just breaking through the staircase during the last days to integrate your new stairwell.

The answer will be surely a negative one. There are situations when it is not reasonable or advantageous to convert some lofts. It depends on the size of the loft and house, its age, of the building methods and materials involved. Anyway, CC Loft Conversion in London provides a free consultation that can help you understand is or not your home suitable for a loft conversion.
